A refund request will not be considered under the following conditions:
If a discounted package has been selected.
Once the initial design concept has been approved.
If the client has requested revisions.
Urgent design projects are strictly non-refundable.
If the cancellation is due to reasons unrelated to the company.
If the client remains unresponsive or out of contact for over two weeks during the project timeline.
If any of the company’s policies have been violated.
If another company or designer has been engaged for the same project.
If the creative brief lacks the essential details required to proceed.
If a complete overhaul of the design has been requested.
If the refund request exceeds the specified time frame.
If the business is undergoing closure, rebranding, or a name change.
Refunds will not be granted for reasons such as a change of mind, internal disagreements, or personal circumstances unrelated to the service.
A 12% processing fee will be deducted from any refunds initiated by the client.
No refund will be applicable once the final files have been delivered per the client’s request.
Refunds and revisions do not apply to complimentary items.
Services including, but not limited to, Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting are non-refundable under any circumstances.
For website projects, refunds will not be granted once the client has approved the design and the project has moved to the development phase.
Refunds will not apply to work outsourced to third-party providers.
Amazon Refund Policy
The client may request a refund if the service provider fails to deliver the agreed-upon service, provided that all necessary prerequisites were submitted in a timely manner.
Refunds are not applicable if the client fails to provide the required business, personal, store-related information, and other essential documents after the contract has been initiated and work has commenced.
The service provider is not responsible for any complications arising from the client’s previous business history on Amazon, including account suspension.
If applicable, refund requests will be processed within 30 working days from the date of submission.
