Refund Policy

A refund request will not be considered under the following conditions:

  • If a discounted package has been selected.
  • Once the initial design concept has been approved.
  • If the client has requested revisions.
  • Urgent design projects are strictly non-refundable.
  • If the cancellation is due to reasons unrelated to the company.
  • If the client remains unresponsive or out of contact for over two weeks during the project timeline.
  • If any of the company’s policies have been violated.
  • If another company or designer has been engaged for the same project.
  • If the creative brief lacks the essential details required to proceed.
  • If a complete overhaul of the design has been requested.
  • If the refund request exceeds the specified time frame.
  • If the business is undergoing closure, rebranding, or a name change.
  • Refunds will not be granted for reasons such as a change of mind, internal disagreements, or personal circumstances unrelated to the service.
  • A 12% processing fee will be deducted from any refunds initiated by the client.
  • No refund will be applicable once the final files have been delivered per the client’s request.
  • Refunds and revisions do not apply to complimentary items.
  • Services including, but not limited to, Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • For website projects, refunds will not be granted once the client has approved the design and the project has moved to the development phase.
  • Refunds will not apply to work outsourced to third-party providers.

Amazon Refund Policy

  • The client may request a refund if the service provider fails to deliver the agreed-upon service, provided that all necessary prerequisites were submitted in a timely manner.
  • Refunds are not applicable if the client fails to provide the required business, personal, store-related information, and other essential documents after the contract has been initiated and work has commenced.
  • The service provider is not responsible for any complications arising from the client’s previous business history on Amazon, including account suspension.
  • If applicable, refund requests will be processed within 30 working days from the date of submission.
